CULEBRA TERRACE

Built in 1923, this Culebra Terrace residence was in need of some major upgrades - LBI worked with Five Design and SVZ Interior Design to modernize the space to accommodate our client’s family and lifestyle. Customization was the name of the game here, from the millwork to custom inset lighting that doubles as a piece of art, the home is filled with personal touches. Renovations included updates to a separate apartment unit downstairs; new floors, windows, lighting and kitchen. On the upper two levels, we updated the kitchen, living and dining spaces, all bathrooms, and transformed a kitchenette into a fun and functional rooftop bar for entertaining. All floors are connected by a custom crafted white oak stair that fits perfectly into the tight constraints of the space.
