Larkspur Builders and Katie Monkhouse Interiors proudly present 'The Landing Lounge' at the 2024 San Francisco Decorator Showcase House. This inviting space serves as a transitional lounge designed to encourage reflection and relaxation. It features exquisite warm oak flooring by Hakwood and comfortable wrap-around seating upholstered in Rose Tarlow for Perennials performance fabric. The room is enhanced with Windy Chien’s textural rope art, bringing a touch of modernity. Details like a marble plinth repurposed as a planter and a custom asymmetrical coffee table, and console highlight our commitment to showcasing local artisans and artists. The result is a space that epitomizes warmth, earthiness, modernity, and playfulness.
