NOE VALLEY RESIDENCE

Larkspur Builders collaborated with Studio AHEAD on this contemporary three-level residence perched on top of one of San Francisco’s prominent hills in Noe Valley. Large picture windows on both the east and west facades allow views overlooking the backyard enclosed by towering bamboo plants. The 30-year-old South Korean native wanted to design a space with notes from her past but included lifestyle choices that looked toward her future. The minimal soft design features simple and modest materials that create a welcoming unpretentious environment. Featured in Architectural Digest: Clever.
